My students just finished a telecommunications project with a second grade
class in Lima, Peru. It was great to learn geography through technology.
The students made a one page project with MicroWorlds 2.0 (MAC version) and
it was sent as an email attachment to Peru.
I'm always interested in who in the world is using MicroWorlds and would
like to propose a little project with other users. If you have MicroWorld
2.0 or 1.03 and Macs, design a one page project with the name of your
school and city,country. I will probably have a each student design a
postcard and then vote on the best one for the postcard project. Only one
postcard per school could be emailed to me. When I receive the postcards I
can link them together in one project and email it back to you.
