I've compiled the models into one large file. Its abouts 9 * A4 pages. I plan
to use this as a resource for other teachers at my R12 school this year. All
discussion has been edited out, except where it related directly to a given
model.

If you want a copy let me know. Others might find this a useful resource as
well.
