LOGO-L> Microworlds: textbox help?

I've tried to work this one out, but, owing to my cursory knowledge of
Microworlds /LOGO, have not succeeded:

I'd like to write a procedure whereby a new textbox is created at the
turtle' position. What command will allow me to use the results of "pos"
as an input for "newtext"?
