Hi Renee,
I though some of the integrated units described in:

Headlight Stories: Constructionist Teaching in a Computing Culture

by various authors from James W. Hennigan School, quite useful. They fit your
criteria, integration of science with lego/logo.
eg. The Human Body Project by Marquita Minot
Plants and Animals Unit by Joanne Ronkin
Myths and Solar System Project by Joanne Ronkin

I have adapted some of these for use by Year 8's --- there are other Projects
there suitable for lower year levels that I have not mentioned.
