I can see the problem about "the Logo philosophy" but I also have a problem about "progressive education". Some people who describe themselves as "progressive" see technology as essentially a bad thing (eg. the neo Luddites, the Greenies to throw in a couple of extra short labels). Increasingly I have a problem with short definitions of complex entities because words mean different things to different people.
