This is like saying that since Henry Kissinger breathes air, air must be bad for us. I don't know if Dewey ever specifically addressed the issue of corporate infiltration of schools, but Paul Goodman, also on my list, is quite vehement in his opposition to it. There's no particular correlation between progressive education and corporations -- if anything, the opposite.
