Aha, this is just the discussion I'm having with Ken in that other
thread!  Anything you can do with a GUI you should be able to do
under program control.  It's no harder for the implementors, really,
and it makes the difference between a serious piece of software
and a toy.  (Not that Ken is disagreeing -- we're disagreeing about
something different.)
