How about attaching code as ASCII,  without encoding.  There really is
no reason to encode Logo code in any way.   Just attach the code as a
text file,  that way MIME capable software can save the attachment and
spawn logo interpretter on it,  or pipe it directly to logo,  while it
still stays readable for people without MIME.

Let me also remind everybody that LOGO-L is gatewayed to the
comp.lang.logo newsgroups,  and on usenet,  MIME isn't commonly
accepted standard.  Lot of newsreders do not handle multipart messages
at all.

If you attach file as ASCII text,  the MIMEless programs display them
just fine,  except that they add some messy part separators at the
begining and end of each part.  I have learned to ignore these.
