If I understand correctly you are trying to catch errors
and that prevents the Editor (internal LOAD) from catching them?

If you don't handle the error (use ERROR to determine what it is)
You should throw another error.

However, it only works once because of MSWLogo/UCBLogo
"Error Loop" protection.

Perhaps Brian might be able to give us a suggestion.
