Walt, If I understand your problem correctly, you want to fill some areas when clicking on a (possibly hidden) turtle that is following the mouse. In MW 1 for DOS, you can do this by starting the "forever [setpos mousepos]" from a button or procedure or from the command line, rather than from the turtle's instruction line. Then you can set the turtle's mouse-click instruction to whatever you like (eg "fill") and it will do this quite independently of the "mouse following". Is this what you were asking?
