Yes, that's right. A major part of work with Logo has been in turtle geometry, both on the screen and with mechanical turtles. For background information on Logo and turtles, and for information about sources of public domain and free software visit the Logo Foundation Web site at http://el.www.media.mit.edu/logo-foundation/ I don't know about the circuit diagram, but turtles can be built fron various Logo robotics kits including those from LEGO Dacta and Terrapin Software.
