LOGO-L> set color

My students want to know if it is possible when using the setc random
command to have just shades of green appear; the only way I can figure
out how to use random is for it do go through all the colors or to begin
at white and go through the end number of the command (ex. setc random
55).

  Also is it possible to use random with setpensize?
