This is one way to get POLY to have the same properties
as the MSWLogo-ARC2/Chuck/Brian/JimsVersionOne/EquidistantDotsFromCenter
method. If someone wants to simplify it be my guest.

I did not say I liked it.

The only error you see now is due to floating point errors.
