No. All the variations on placing points equidistant from a central point 
fit one of the classic definitions.
A conker or a yo-yo in motion is entirely a PERCEPTION of a circle.
And a circle drawn with a compass or dividers is also an approximation 
with unavoidable innaccuracy.
