in MWv2Mac with a radius of 55 and a pensize of 1 about 2000 iterations 
will close the curve
if you then set the turtle on the curve at a tangent, change its colour and 
send it on a 360 step TotalTurtleTrip it'll cover/miss about 50% of the arc
