Yes, the runtime used with SuperDisk is supposing that you want just to run
a program not manipulate or save it.
Programs which try to save something on the disk cannot be run in this setup.

BTW: what is the purpose of your program when it calls SAVE and SAVELIBRARY
from a running program?
