You can consider the fact that it did not draw on top of one another
an advantage or a disadvantage :-)

By the way what you propose would still not draw a clock face correctly.
See CLOCK.LGO example.

What your asking for is that the example above would rotate about the
"2" and all the "2"'s would be on top of each other. Actually 3's and
1's
would be too.
