LOGO-L> MSWLogo and CGI

Is there any way MSWLogo could be used to write CGI programs? I say this
because when trying to learn Perl, I noticed it was very similar to logo. But
could it handle inputs from forms? Could it write HTML documents based on
results it found from running the program?
