...all the best in your search for the file, but I'm intrigued by what 
you mean by a 'standard' programming language. There is no such thing.
In robotics, the closest thing to a 'standard' is the language that 
comes with ControlLab.
In most respects it is the same as the language used to control things 
like the Mars Rover. Unless you're planning to use Lisp, I recommend you 
stick with Logo.
