No. You're stuck with QUESTION as the alternative.

Text links or clickable text are unavailable in the current version of 
Microworlds. Alternatives to Buttons are Turtles or Colours. One way to 
hack a text link is to COLOR the text, then STAMP it, so that the 
coloured text becomes part of the graphic background, then program the 
colour.
