They should realize how to "build" a perspective viewer before they use it as a tool. It's no different than say learning POLY first and then using the ARC function for speed and accuracy. Or learning addition before you learn multiplication. Or understanding an NAND gate before using a FLIPFLOP. It's a perfect transition.
