LOGO-L> postscriptfiles of turtlegraphics

Has someone done the work to "automatically" protocol turtlegraphics into 
the postscriptfile format or some other HIFI-format in order to have real 
vector-graphics quality and correct FILLings and titles and so on...? I'm 
very interested in that!
