Perhaps an "ORIGIN" command would do the trick. When you issue the ORIGIN command it uses the current Turtle position and heading to define the "2D" drawing commands plane of operation. This would give complete control. New ideas tend to spring up new ideas (sometime very obvious improvements). What I chose to include in MSWLogo 3D and how I implemented it was what I had time and energy to complete. I was quite pleased that even 2D relative maneuvers worked as well as they do and was my main goal. It was a tremendous amount of work to get it to work efficiently (it runs almost as fast as 2D !!!). Most absolute 2D commands have absolute 3D counterparts. Making it smarter to make better use of 2D absolute commands in 3D would be icing on the cake. Look forward to seeing your secret project. -- =============================================================== George Mills (mills@softronix.com) http://www.softronix.com/ The www page contains some very powerful educational software.
