Dale, I did get the nice picture, but I seem to understand the relation to interference less well than my 11-year old son Christoph, who just started to experiment with mswlogo after playing around with microworlds. He says the pictures are similar and that is enough ... However, I wonder what features of your picture are due to the discreteness of the pixels, and what to the nonlinear addition of amplitudes of the partial waves, where blue can be imagined as the wavecrests and white as valleys between. You make their superposition rule: blue+blue=blue white+blue=blue white+white=white. This is nonlinear. I do like very much your idea to reproduce interference patterns and wonder whether one can go beyond reproducing the picture to reproduce the underlying mechanism as well without too much work. Maybe one could model the amplitude of the partial wave of some first antenna by color coding. Then the turtle wandering along the wavefronts of the partial wave from the next antenna would read the colorcoded sum of amplitudes previously dealt with antennas and "add" its contribution.
