LOGO-L> learning with/from logo

Hi, 

I am curious as to the ways in which children learn how to use logo, and 
what they learn from its use. Logo gives a whole new perspective on 
learning- could you please tell me your ideas on how logo can be learnt 
(as opposed to taught) and the types of insights children gain from 
using logo.
