LOGO-L> Buttons

Hello
I am a beginner with microworlds and trying to create my first project.
I would like to program a button to randomly pick a word from a list and show
it in the text box.
My list looks like this in the procedure page:
?make "cat dog sun duck man mat
How do I put this all together?
