LOGO-L> Use of the primitive turtletype

I am working my way through Sharon Yoder's book MicroWorlds 2.0 Hypermedia Project Development & Logo Scripting this summer.  I am using the PC version of Microworlds 2.0 for Winows 95.  I find that the primitive turtletype is not recognized by this program.  Is there another primitive for PC's that will perform the same operation? I hate to move forward leaving some part of the lesson undone.
