Thanks, Brian. This is exactly the part of the code that bothered me. I was
trying to get the stuff into a list of lists, I but kept getting an error:
Not enough inputs to list. All I needed was the parentheses! <Chuc slaps
forehead!> It all seems so simple now. Of course, that's why I asked!

Ah, there I really did have a reason. In LogoWriter and PowerMath Logo
there is the command "slowturtle." I wanted to have the turtle simulate the
actual stitching and be able to watch it happen. I thought it might help to
have the turtle pointed down the line. However, after actually doing it
that way, I find that slowturtle is...too slow. Oh, well...
