Depends on which logo you have but in UCB/MSWLogo it's:

run pick [[fd 100] [rt 90] [bk 100] [lt 90]]

Note that FD could just as easily be your own procedure.

If you don't have PICK

to pick :list
output item (1+random count :list) :list
end
