LOGO-L> StringArt in MSWLogo

I've ported the stringArt project from MicroWorlds to MSWLogo. The core
of the project is the same only the packaging has changed.

I've added a few things; file save/restore from the project; the active
area can be set via the mouse; etc.

The project is available for download from my web site. It's in zip
format and is about 4kb.  If you aren't able to download let me know and
I'll mail a copy. From the logo page follow the link to 'StringArt in
MSWLogo'.

If you do download a copy please let me know. Also if you run into any
problems or make any changes/additions I'd like to know too.
