Not according to the original code he was trying to port to logo which
you left out. which was something like.

IF SOMETHING
DO SOMETHING
RETURN

Now if he had said something like.

IF SOMETHING
DO SOMETHING
RETURN
ENDIF

I'd say yes your right.
