LOGO-L> visual versus text programming

I remember a while back, in a discussion about the new LEGO visual only 
interface, Brian Harvey listed a series of conditions that ought to be met by 
an acceptable interface (in the context that few or no visual interfaces had 
managed to achieve this). I thought I had kept that message from Brian but  now 
I can't find it.

Can someone out there either:-
a) tell me how to access the list archive
b) send me a copy of the message I'm referring to if they recall it and have 
kept it.
