LOGO-L> Robotics

Hi folks,

My family is new to LOGO.  We have downloaded MSWLogo off of the 
internet, and my 12yo son is busily learning to use it.  He also is 
interested in electronics, and is beginning to get involved in robotics. 
Obviously, these interests are going to merge shortly.  What do we need 
to run his robots with MSWLogo?  I don't want to be limited to Lego, 
since he has an extensive Fischerteknic collection.  He will probably be 
making his own robots out of spare parts anyway.
