Yes, MSW Logo does support LABEL and WINDOW.

When I run FACE in MSW Logo, the numbers written
by LABEL are all at angles; they are not all right-side-up.
(It is rather cute.) Different Logos may do this differently.

None of this works in MicroWorlds (version 1.2) without
a lot of changes. MicroWorlds does not have LABEL,
WINDOW, PX, nor REPCOUNT. Furthermore, SETPENSIZE
and WAIT work differently. To top it off, the turtle is shaped
like a turtle, not a triangle. This makes the second hand look
a bit silly.
