LOGO-L> New web project

I've installed a new MicroWorlds project at my web site.  

The project lets the user  input and run logo commands. This is a first
attempt at an online logo tutorial. You will need a browser that
supports frames for this one.  I've tested it on NS 3 and NS 4.04 and IE
4.
