I meant renaming *an already saved file*. After some trials, I found
that it CAN be done easily. So, one item less on my wish list.

In other words: the title is the name that the program would carry when
SAVEed.

In UCBLogo, at least since version 3.0, exiting and re-entering the
editor don't (doesn't ?) shuffle the procedures in it. I find this
significantly more convenient than the automatic AlphaBetaizing of
MSWLogo (and causing the loss of the intuitive hierarchical order of the
procedures).
