Most of you know that I am a big advocate of Homeschooling. And have been attempting to establish "communications" between the homeschooling and LOGO communities for a couple years. So I was pleased to read in the March/April '98 issue of "Growing Without Schooling" on page 35 under the category: Professors that are willing to help families in developing curriculum, evaluating progress, or in other ways: The names of Seymour Papert, email papert@media.mit.edu and Mitchel Resnick, MIT Media Lab, 20 Ames St. Cambridge MA 02139; email mres@media.mit.edu Growing Without Schooling http://www.holtgws.com/ is the magazine started by John Holt many years ago. They have a couple three pages in the back of some issues that list Certified Teachers, Lawyers, Professors, Psychologists, School Districts, Resource People and Grown-Up Homeschoolers that are willing to help homeschoolers do the best job they can in their efforts to provide rich learning environments for their children.
