Mike that is too much for me.  I hope you are saying that it is
important the people learn how to make accurate models.  Mother Nature
exists and is the same for all of us.  Mother Nature is objective.  All
I hope we are discussing(since this is an educators list) is what is the
best way of giving new beginning humans a leg up on efficiently
constructing accurate models of the real world.  

But of course if one is into Science Fiction, and Art and Poetry that is
OK too.  Too much realism I suspect results in being a nerd and boring
and all that.  So LOGO certainly can be used for different purposes by
different people at different times. 

But I hope we agree that most of the time all of us, and our students,
must be realistic or we and they will live very unhappy lives.  And we
will be making everyone around us miserable also.  Dale
