LOGO-L> butitem

i think george's sugestion for naming the
new libabry funtion which brian suggested is a good one.

butitem really describes its function in
classical logo terminology.

but i would likt to suggest that we also think about
making it polymorphic in the sense
that it also
can remove subsets.

so

butitem 2 [a b c d]
yields
[a c d]

and

butitem [2 3] [a b c d]
yields
[a d]

or do you think it would be better
to have

butitem and
butitems
as separate functions?
