I just sent a lengthy message to this group from my computer at the school I teach at, replying to several messages in response to my original query, and then I thought that I should check the comp.lang.logo messages to see if there were any more relevant replies to my query. (Frank and George had been kind enough to send copies of most of their replies to my school computer. (My logo-l mail comes in to my home computer, which I can't access from school.) Well, there were three of Frank's messages posted, but none of George's. My original query, posted yesterday, was not there, either. In all, only 8 messages were posted from Jan. 15 to Jan. 21 (3 of them being Frank's thread). I thought that all of the mail to logo-l was being posted to comp.lang.logo. Any explanation? By the way, the third one of Frank's postings was indeed one which I had not read at the time of my lengthy reply, in which he recapped and also suggested (for different reasons) that George's method would probably be preferable in most situations.
