LOGO-L> New to Microworlds

Hello Friends,

My name is Jerry Segalla and I am an elementary school teacher in
Ontario. I have been recently exposed to using logo in the MicroWorlds
program and I could use some help.

First: How do you delete a page in MicroWorlds?

Second:

I am trying to build a guessing game that teaches about animals. I
placed a turtle which allows the students to view part of the background
behind it. They have to guess what animal is in the background then the
turtle hides itself and the background picture is revealed.

I am having trouble putting in the different background pictures at
random. If I write the names of the animals in a text box I can pick a
name at random but I can't figure out how to make the program use that
information to place the actual file picture behind the turtle.

If I generate a random number and name all the file pictures by those
numbers the program still won't recognize the numbers as being names and
it won't place the pictures on the screen.

Of course I could just predetermine which picture will go behind the
turtle and write the program to accomplish this but it would be so much
better if I could figure out how to place the different animal pictures
on the screen at random.

Below is one of the things I have tried - it doesn't work. :(

to guess
startup
textpick "text1
show pict
end
placepict "textpict [-200 180] [350 300]
wait 1
question [What animal is hidden?]
talkto "t1 ht
end

I would appreciate any help you folks could provide.
Thank you.
