You can write a DLL and then load and call it from MSWLogo. However is does not handle pointers to structs yet. But does handle short, int, long, strings, and float. See \MSWLogo\Examples\Windows\DLL32.LGO example on how to load and call DLLs. Also depending on what your talking to you may be able to write it in Logo directly with INPORT, OUTPORT (Intel INP and OUT IO instructions) or PORTOPEN, PORTCLOSE (Windows Serial and Parallel IO).
