Good observation. That's because the 16 colors Brian chose (which I
copied,
and assumed is standard) does not match the Standard 16 Colors (4-bit)
Windows uses.

However in 16 color mode (4-bit) if you make lines thicker than 1 pixel
Windows will "Dither" (mix different amounts of the primary 16 colors)
to achieve something close to the right color.
